Payment Policies



We accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal checkout cards. On your credit card statement "TrueFaithJewelry," will appear as the source of the charge.There are no minimum orders! We are offering FREE FedEx Ground shipping for orders over $35 (Continental US only). See Shipping for additional information. Gift Wrapping can be applied during your checkout when entering your shipping information. We charge $5.00/Item to Gift Wrap and/or to add a personal message on a Gift card.


Return Policies



We guarantee all products to be free of manufacturing defects. Should you receive any item which becomes defective within 30 days of your purchase, we will replace the item at no charge or refund your order in full including shipping charges.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days (from the purchased date) to return the product for a full refund or credit towards your next purchase of merchandise. A Return Authorization is required prior to return. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do not credit shipping charges on non-defective returned merchandise. Call us toll-free at 1-800-516-1392 for a return authorization to be included with the item you are returning.

Promotional Item Terms (Returns): The value of promotional items purchased as part of an order will be subtracted from a refund's total should the regular-priced item purchased be returned. To illustrate, should a customer purchase $60.00 worth of product, add in a promotional item worth $2.50, and want to return the $60.00 of product, the $2.50 will be deducted from the order's final total (including taxes and shipping fees) unless the promotional item is also returned. The exception to this rule is solely if the item is received with defects. Please refer to our Payment and Return Policy for further information.

EXCEPTION TO RETURNS:



If your item(s) is engraved and/or personalized, the order is considered a final sale and we will not accept returns, unless there is a mistake on our part between the original message you provided compared to the message engraved on the item. See Engraving Help for more details.
