All Miraculous Medals conceive the exact design that Our Lady envisoned and told to Catherine Laboure (now a saint) in the city of Paris in 1830. Our Lady Mary told Saint Catherine that all wearers of the medal would receive many graces.
On the front side of all the Miraculous Mary Medals are the engraved words "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee."
