ENGRAVED ITEM(S) POLICY RETURNS:
If your item(s) is engraved and/or personalized, the order is considered a final sale and we will not accept returns, unless there is a mistake on our part between the original message you provided to the message engraved on the item.
ENGRAVING SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders that require engraving will ship 1-2 days after the order is received. All shipping methods apply to this rule. We apologize for the slight delay in shipping.
ENGRAVING TEXT TYPE
All items can be engraved with block print or script. All engraving is centered.
Note:
For block print we will captilize all letters due to the limited space of engraving. All capital letters allow for a cleaner and bolder look.
For script we will only capitilize the first letter of every word b/c the script font will bunch together if all letters are capitilized due to the limited space of engraving.
